As stated on our webpage WHAT WE BELIEVE we constantly seek acceptance from the Almighty God and his Only Begotten Son Jesus-Christ, alone with the help and direction of the Holy Spirit. The Trinity (God Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) have absolute supremacy over our congregation.

We worship and follow the Lord Jesus, because we believe what He said in John 14:6,
“I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through me.” He also said in John 10:27, "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me."

The Church Staff always try to execute God's plans with the greatest diligence possible. Our leaders are the officers who carry the responsibility of carrying out the daily tasks required to take care of the congregation. Mario was raised in a Christian home and Toñi was born in the cradle of a three generations Christian family. Both grew up spiritually in the First Baptist Church of Madrid and got married there, serving the Lord since. The couple was blessed with two children: Sara and Ruben.
Over the years, Toñi served as a Sunday school teacher, women's union, children's ministry, and sang in choirs at various churches.
Mario sustained his family working as a professional engineer designing medical equipment for about thirty four years. He was organist and choir director in the following churches: First Baptist Church (Madrid, Spain), Northside Baptist Church (Hialeah, FL, USA), and Calvary Baptist Church (Miami, FL, USA).
He received his license to the gospel ministry in 1992 and was ordained pastor in 1994. He was the pastor at Durham Memorial Hispanic Church (Durham, NC) for twenty seven years (1992-2019). After moving to the Greenville area, God has opened a door for him to continue his pastoral service at this church.

Janice is responsible for all church office operations, serving primarily in the Budget & Finances. She is a very talented musician who loves to serve the Lord playing the piano and a member of the following committees: Advent, Bulletin Board, plus Hospitality and Social.

Doug and his spouse Peggy have been in this church their entire lives. Doug is one of the church trustees. His main church responsibilities reside in serving the Church's Budget & Finances and as Chairman of the Deacons. Also, he dedicates all his time helping in these additional committees: Baptismal, Comunion, and Sound System.
(The word up there goes like this, "if you need to know anything about FBC of Ayden, ask Doug.)"

Mac is an exceptional musician who has served this church for many years as the choir director. She is the current organist and alternate pianist. Her total dedication to the music ministry denotes her profound love for God and facilitates an spirit of praise in every whorship service.

Sometime before COVID, Sandy inherited the choir's director position from Mac and loves to contribute playing the piano along with the other musicians. Her attention to detail and tireless dedication to praise The Lord thru the ministry of music is contagious, making all choir members perform to their best at any cost.
